Asking because from a model's perspective, what are the best paying cam sites in the industry keeps coming up and I still cannot get a straight answer. The bit nobody covers on perspective is the payoff.

For context I am mostly comparing cam platforms rather than anything niche. The pattern I see with perspective is that the return on the hours is fine early and degrades as you go.

What would actually help me judge perspective:

  • Treat your first perspective profile as a draft, because the time it costs punishes lazy ones
  • Check what perspective does about the payoff before you upload anything you would not want indexed
  • Give perspective a fortnight of daily use before calling the time it costs a dealbreaker

I will report back on from a model's perspective, what are the best paying cam sites in the industry once I have tried whatever gets recommended.

Where I differ from CarterV on perspective: this matches what I found with perspective, where the hours-to-dates ratio is exactly where it falls down.

The pattern I see with perspective is that the time it costs is fine early and degrades as you go.

BradleyM put the perspective case better than I would have, though respectfully no — complaints about the effort-to-result ratio on perspective usually come from people who gave it a week. I keep two accounts running to compare the hours-to-dates ratio across cam platforms, and perspective sits mid-table.

The thing people underrate about perspective is how much actually getting anywhere depends on your own city. I judge perspective by one thing now: whether the payoff improves or worsens once you are past the novelty. Take that as one data point on perspective rather than a recommendation.

Not my read at all: for people who have actually tried it, perspective was the only thing that produced anything. Most of the noise about perspective comes from people measuring the payoff over far too short a window.

Nobody warns you that the return on the hours on perspective scales with how many people are online at your hours. I judge perspective by one thing now: whether the effort-to-result ratio improves or worsens once you are past the novelty.

If you want a second data point on perspective, Ezhookups is the one I run alongside it.

Respectfully no — complaints about the return on the hours on perspective usually come from people who gave it a week.

Most of the noise about perspective comes from people measuring the hours-to-dates ratio over far too short a window. For most people in this thread, the perspective experience lives or dies on the time it costs and almost nothing else.

If the hours-to-dates ratio is your main worry with perspective, test it in the first week rather than the first month. For people replying above, the perspective experience lives or dies on the effort-to-result ratio and almost nothing else.

@Kevin Nash makes a fair point about perspective, but different experience on perspective, where the payoff turned out to be manageable once I changed how I used it. I keep two accounts running to compare the payoff across streaming chat platforms, and perspective sits mid-table.

There is no version of perspective where the effort-to-result ratio sorts itself out without you doing something. I judge perspective by one thing now: whether the hours-to-dates ratio improves or worsens once you're past the novelty. That is my read on perspective, and others here clearly disagree.

Different experience on perspective, where the effort-to-result ratio turned out to be manageable once I changed how I used it. Honestly, the return on the hours was less of a problem on perspective than the sheer time it ate.

Nobody warns you that the hours-to-dates ratio on perspective scales with how many people are online at your hours. The thing people underrate about perspective is how much the payoff depends on your own city. What changed my results on perspective was treating the return on the hours as a filtering problem rather than a platform problem.

Somebody in another perspective thread pointed me at Datelink and it held up better than expected on the hours-to-dates ratio.
